Release Window Confirmed

After years of anticipation, Rockstar Games has officially confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI will be released in Fall 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

The announcement came during Take-Two Interactive's quarterly earnings call, where CEO Strauss Zelnick stated that development is progressing well and the team is confident in hitting the targeted release window.

Initially, there were concerns about potential delays into 2026, but Rockstar has assured fans that the game is in the final stages of development. The studio has reportedly allocated additional resources to ensure the game meets its release target without compromising on quality.

Pre-orders will begin this summer, with several editions available including a Collector's Edition featuring exclusive physical items and in-game content. Rockstar has also announced plans for post-launch content that will expand the game world and story over time.

Industry analysts predict that GTA VI could become the fastest-selling entertainment product of all time, potentially generating over $1 billion in revenue within its first three days of release.
